Our Service Delivery Process

  • Initial one day free consultancy (incl. general overview of objectives, milestones, timelines, ROI, constraints, roadmap etc.)
  • Understand the objective and scope of solution/website and develop an initial requirements specification documents.
  • Develop initial prototypes/interfaces to simulates the final result. Obtain client feedback to refine and establish deliverables. (Scoping Exercise) 
  • Finalise the requirements specification document and break down core development in concrete modular units and stages.
  • Perform module development and at the end of each unit/module, gather and process client feedback.
  • On satisfactory feedback and unit, integration and usability testing, development continues to next module/unit.
  • On completion, several technical and end user tests are carried out. Integration testing with external resources is performed.
  • Final project deployment process is carried out. Deliverables may include training, documentation and presentations etc. 
  • 24/7 Post-deployment support.
